PartícipeFrom now on, I want this to be my daily practice: asking myself the intention behind everything I do. If my actions are driven by self-interest rather than benefiting others, I will take a moment to reflect, reassess my motives, and realign my focus. ❤️

PartícipeI learnt that the process of being created in this world has a meaning, and leaving it once will have too. All we have received will be materially lost for us when we quit but by adopting the sense of bestowing, it’s not going to be lost at all. It’ll leave the perfume of thankfulness and memory, and by the form it’s preserved within the creator, as we are ourselves.

I am who I am because of these experiences and at the age of 78 I can truly say I like myself. My earliest years were filled with anxiety, shame, guilt which I now understand is the the soul growth needed. 3rd & 4th dimensions are tough to live through but are a necessity
