      I aam learning that iit is the human condition to suffer  but that in drawing closer to The Creator, in the law of equivalence , we become more like Him and thus develop qualities that help change us for the better, make us happier, more content a d suffer less.

      I’m learning that I can change my response to things that I may not necessarily like or agree with. Instead of getting angry or upset, I can look at things with a different mindset and try to see things from another perspective.

      I’m starting to see challenges as opportunities to learn something.  Also, as I look back I can see how I was on a definite path that led me to where I am now.

      Everyone of us experience suffering. Suffering makes us understand who we truly are. It’s inevitable law that we all experience suffering and happiness. In the wisdom of kaballah we may understand thru it by way of study and practice. We go in a middle way or the middle path.
