      Choosing the path of light. Connecting with like-minded people who share the same intention, and the right environment guided by spiritual teachers and sacred texts. We can elevate our consciousness and evolve spiritually from a self-centred existence to one of unity and altruism.

      How I stay connected is to be Present in the moment with absolute love and gratitude. Second is to have faith and let go of any fear or anxiety. And biggest one is to resist any of the weapons my ego tries to use to cause interference with my frequency or connection.
