Get in touch with the upper force by crying out to the Creator from that internal deep desire and longing for the Creator. Act mutually with the upper force by participating with others studying and practicing the wisdom of Kabbalah.

I think getting in touch with the upper force and acting with it mutually, is realizing that we cannot do anything on our own, but we are training / learning to be reflections of the creator.  Yet as we receive all things from him and learn how it is bestowed upon us, we desire to present our lives trying to become a better human being.

Changing our intention of receiving which cannot be changed, rather adding up the intention of bestowal..  really in seeking equivalence of form with the creator!
