Abbaa Naa’olParticipantPeople who feel more connected to others have lower rates of anxiety and depression. Moreover, s tudies show they also have higher self-esteem, are more empathic to others, more trusting and cooperative and, as a consequence, others are more open to trusting and cooperating with them.

EvaParticipantWe have to work on creating positive connections, as that is the most crucial thing humanity needs. Reformed education and parenting is the key to upbring a generation that will naturally live by the law of interconnectedness of nature.

RaeParticipantHumans, by Nature, need connection in 3 ways:
Interpersonal (mind)
Societal (body)
Global (spirit)
When these needs are met satisfactorily, we have healthy relationships, and a happy Heart ❤️

PeterParticipantA human being functions optimally when involved in positive relationships. Hormones bear witness of the impact of (the quality of) social interactions on the body. Even life expectency is related to (the amount of) social ties. People increase their learning ability when working coöperatively instead of competetively.

ChristianneParticipantWe need to be connected to accept the other , learn to give instead to receive, love the other as myself no wil to receive but the wil to bestow
