Hello dear friends, just want to let you know I will be missing our Young Group this coming Sunday. We have a family wedding so I won’t be able to attend live, but hope it is fulfilling for each of you in every way❣️ I’ll watch it later and see you next Sun 28th.

Thank you for sharing that Greg!

Love the line, “And everything you are was making my heart into a bridge by which I might get back from exile, and grow man.”

    Homework #4

First of all I was very moved by Greg’s and Meine’s entries – thank you both for your thoughts and feelings. I wish we had more time to share in the larger group as I miss hearing what the men are thinking and feeling. I’m hoping the group can last longer than an hour so we can ask more questions and learn from one another.

I chose this text from Rabash Article 2 Concerning Love of Friends: “It is known that being humble is a great thing. But we can also say the opposite – that one must disclose the love in his heart towards the friends, since by revealing it he evokes his friends’ hearts toward the friends so they, too, would feel that each of them is practicing love of friends. The benefit from that is that in this manner, one gains strength to practice love of friends more forcefully, since every person’s force of love is integrated in each other’s.

This passage immediately caused me to feel more deeply how much I look forward to each Sun lesson and being together with the friends as a whole. And in our women’s workshops as each week passes and individual friends express their care or appreciation or doubt, I am beginning to feel a FORCE of interest and compassion growing among us. And now, even with some doubt and skepticism still lodged in my mind, my heart is looking forward to seeing the faces of my friends, hearing your voices, reading your words, and learning from you, all because we are taking the leap to open up to one another. Sending love to you all❣️

    Naomi and Eva,

Thank you for posting your stories – loved them! Eva, I wish you good health and hope you will be able to attend in person but if not, do consider attending as a virtual participant. I “attended” the Netherlands retreat in May virtually. It was truly magnificent. They took wonderful care of us and always included us to the max. It is amazing the effort and care the KabU team puts into insuring that everyone has a full experience. I have committed to attending virtually again in Sept. Wishing you both a blessed retreat however you attend!

Watching Rav in the clip from Into Truth, I felt many things. The words that stuck with me – “How can I not do it?” I felt love and compassion and appreciation for his dedication to this work. I felt great admiration and respect for his obligation to his teacher – I want to feel that. I also wanted to lift him up, and his family – that was a very powerful feeling – but I know I am just a beginning student in full blown reception and realize all I can offer is my eagerness to learn and my willingness to accept his teachings, and my desire to engage with other Friends in the manner he is teaching us.

Hi Brad, I was able to resolve the technical issues by communicating with Michelle. She or one of the KabU team will help you. Also, Michelle sends out an email a few days before with the actual link to each Sun group – it doesn’t pop up in the GE forum. Hope you are able to make it soon!
