I read somewhere those 5 lights are five levels of souls for us to obtain. can you explain more on this? how is this soul different from the soul we normally talk about? if we don’t have a soul yet, what is sustaining us?

What’s sustaining us is called Ner Dakik (slim candle/flame). It’s just enough that taking into account that no one really knows what happens when I die, I’m willing to go ahead and keep living, as long as I’m already alive. I flee suffering, chase pleasure, but ‘one who has 200 wants 400, and one dies with half his desires in his hands.’ Within these boundaries, I’m sustained, rather adequately we must say, since for most it’s enough to not ask about the meaning of life.
It’s not a soul. It’s the phenomena upon and around a biological entity which soon will turn into millions of dust particles, and that’s that. A soul is something I have to attain from beyond my skin outward, on degrees of Nefesh, Ruach, Neshama, Haya, Yechida – the degrees of my soul. The body will still die, but the degrees of the soul are eternal. I can only attain my soul while in this world – not after.

is Ner Dakik also called sparks, a very small portion of the light? I thought after the 2nd restriction, there is absolutely no light in our world, the creator is completely concealed?

It’s a portion, but it never enters the Kli(vessel). Instead, it surrounds us, and it’s AS IF we can get it, but we never do. It’s as if our world is sustained on hope alone. False hope that in another moment, I’ll receive.

Hi, Why would we be called the final generation…? And what does the term „generation“ refer to… is it like a phase of development, or is it „generation“ in terms of human life span? I did understand, that the revelation of Kabbalah timewise goes along with this phase of extreme egoism, and also a chance to really diseminate the widsom, because the world is so connected… yet I am trying to detach from a feeling of „final call“ , especially as there is no time and space in spirituality.

Is that correct? Also, the masach, if I’ve not misunderstood, is supposed to help us to receive the light and we are building that as well the receive different variants of light you have already explained. So then, we will only grasp and experience the lights in this world through our future completed Reshimo (beyond time and space) and only understand the difference between the light we experience from experiencing them themselves? I am asking this as I know we have the 125 steps back to Malchut, and I guess I was assuming that these are a parallel coincident measurement of our spiritual progress in the reception of the lights you spoke of.
We’re basically parts of a broken vessel that had a Screen. We need to work in all directions at once, but really just one direction, toward connection with others. This can be done only in a special, correct way, in which we arrive at the completed vessel with the Screen, where the Light can be received. There is Surrounding Light from the corrected state that helps us when we engage in the study.

The method you’re referring to is to read and learn as much as possible about those spiritual worlds to attract the reforming light, right ?
Also what kind of result can we see in our daily life? Less issues? More abundance? Can someone attain eternal life by attaining the spiritual world?

Yes, reading is part of it, and it’s much more powerful if one studies with a group on the same path (as we do in the Graduate Program). We can certainly see the results and they are even more real than what we feel as ‘the real world’ now. However, it’s useless to describe the results as we’re built currently in a way that such a description will fall into the wrong vessels to understand it. We need a different mind and heart to understand it, and they have to be built in us by the Upper Light.
Yes, we attain a reality above timespace, an eternal reality that exists but we don’t feel yet.
It’s not so simple, but it doesn’t really matter because even the first, tiniest degree of Nefesh is already more than one is capable of imagining possible in his wildest fantasies.
