Since reality is just a projection of what is going on inside of me…if I change the inside, by definition my external reality will change as well.

Well, I would think I would have to change my inner concepts / judgement  and my inner focus of perception in order to change any outward experience. I am not sure, though,if that would not fail me… as long as I stay within my own narrow frame. Maybe I would have to connect to others to really change what I perceive as reality, at least if the creator reveals himself in the connection to others.

Define my perceptions and reactions as indicators of the quality of my inner state rather than believing that life just happens to me and others…

Be aware that my own measurements are corrupted when my inner state is egoistic rather than centered.

Remind myself of the law of cause and effect and that my actions and reactions are part of the equation.

Cultivate good connections.

Forgive myself and start again and again…
