I’d like to think of ‘pluses and minuses’ as … The Color White is Most visible against a Black canvas. Contrast creates Clarity.
When un-preferred events occur, that feeling of Aversion towards that circumstance, is the space where I am able to Invite in the Creators Light. That gap, that distance between Desire (where I want to be) and the Current Reality (the unsavoury situation), is The Opportunity for Growth. It is the Ladder that supports my ascension up the 125 levels.

      Awakening to Kabbalah
Chapter 2 – In The Beginning
      P 41
“Rabbi Akiva said that the entire Torah is comprised of one law: ” “Love thy neighbor as thyself.”” Twenty-four thousand of his disciples, who were taught to follow that law, still developed unfounded hatred for one another. All except five died because of that corruption; the ones who survived were those who were not dragged into hatred.”

5 in 24,000! That is only 0.020833%, no even 1% of Akiva’s diciples!

This clearly shows that even the most advanced disciples of the Wisdom of Kabbalah are victims of  falling into the lowest ego.

And I wonder how it is nowadays, in our current time?  Maybe there are no kabbalists that develop that egoistic characteristic like unfounded hatred but I can tell that there are some who have developed spiritual arrogance and indifference.

So I, we need to be extremely vigilant to not fall into that trap of the ego or to develop other egoistic traits that will end up hurting our spiritual advancement and hurting others or demotivate/discourage spiritual seekers of the Creator.

The rules of the workshop were interesting.  The review of how the  ten represent the ten sefirot.  The individual being Malchut and the other nine being the light that bestow.

All the rules of the workshop I found very helpful to keep in mind in order to connect truly with the friends…

It is a phase of learning how to perceive every part of our lives as well… it makes you a person, ready to connect and perceive every knowledge and connection on different levels of life.

When we consciously synchronize our thoughts and actions with each other—like birds in a flock or the harmonious rhythms found in nature—we fulfill the law of mutual guarantee, where everyone’s wellbeing is interdependent and cared for as if it were our own. This kind of unity is not just a spiritual ideal but the essential dynamic by which humanity can bring itself, willingly and consciously, into alignment with the natural law of development that shapes all of reality. Although nature’s law develops everything without our consent, humanity alone can speed up its own collective evolution by choosing to unite in love and responsibility, thus rising above ego and self-concern. If we take development into our own hands and create this living connection of mutual guarantee, we’ll experience true security, abundance, happiness, and health—becoming a positive, guiding force for the whole world. In essence, as we intentionally join in mutual care, we become the key agents that fulfill the purpose of creation: universal connection, harmony, and adhesion with the source of life.

What blew my mind was that, the  pluses and minuses…”I have a plus and minus, another person has  a plus, still another one has a minus,  and so on, and in a crisscross  connection  between us we form a network  called kli, a vessel for revealing the Creator “
