Reflect: Share something from the lesson that blew your mind, or even just gave you a new perspective.

What blew my mind is that the most important goal is to connect, and not to learn things.

I am just out of the workshop practice with Julian this Saturday afternoon. I understand more of the practice of it. During the 1:30 hour, I felt more sensible (sensitive?)  to all the people in the group. My heart gradually opened , as we were guided through the process, Progressively,  I felt them, each individual in the group,  their love and benevolence. I felt the connection, all of us, becoming a collective united with a mutual intent. I believe it was a privilege to get this feeling in the first workshop tha I participated in. It is hard to explain except to say that it was an openess of the heart. Thank you all for being here.

After a month of side effects of an illness, regret I must have missed the first workshop. Having just seen last weeks videos, can understand that I have missed a very critical meeting. Hopefully, I might be able to witness this process shortly.

It blow my mind that by judging in positive’s way i am also using my Ego. That instead of agree with an idea, i should express in my words were i think, when i am in the group, so we are not diminishing any participation with other ideas.

My heart is feeling the material, instead of just my intellect!

What blows my mind is that I am able to work with others, individuals much different than myself,  communicate in a common purpose or similar form.
