Not to judge myself and others for what I see with my 5 senses. Things are not what we believe they are. Everything is perfect as it is, no need to worry, sooner or later we will all get there. That’s God’s Plan i.e. His will is my will.

What I see is NOT what it is. I am projecting all my fear and egoistic desires on the “outside” world. There’s NOT a war in another country, the war is inside of me. Inside. I need tools to study my inside. When I close my eyes to look inside, is just quiet, dark – peach black dark, and peaceful.

Toke the death of an uncle to that the physical world is a phase. I wonder were the feeling of love comes from. I realized that the essence is to elevate the heart to love. The feeling of love expands the being. Loss of love can freeze time
