      By studying Kabbalah and knowing the difference in our inner nature an knowing the  difference between Receiving and Bestowal.

      I can’t put it into words. I’m feeling something, but it’s not measurable. I can’t make a clear distinction between spiritual understanding and mere illusion. I ask myself “Is it real? How should I tell if it’s not real? Am I making it up?”

      By trying to connect the pain I feel for the world’s traumatic condition with a higher force of altruistic change.
