The perception of reality we want Kabbalah to lead us to is essentially the “totality of reality”. In other words, we want to reach the spiritual world by developing an additional sense to perceive it (through changing our natural quality to receive to the quality to bestow), so that we may enjoy what is actually the will to bestow that is already all around us, we just cannot yet perceive it.

We want to perceive outside of or beyond the five senses and connect to God/Spirit.

I would like to reach a point where I am no longer a slave to my desires and ego and can better control my destiny, along the correct path

I want to grow the spark, let go of delusion, and understand who I am, where I come from, and the true meaning and purpose I have.  I have had some glimpses, but maintaining and growing this to be on all the time as a base, and then to expand the light to the infinite.

I’m new to Kabbalah, but think that this science should bring us to a point were we have no egoistic/subjective perceptions of reality, we are not guided by pleasures. We just open up curiously to the infinite word beyond our 5 senses and limitations, beyond our “me world”, beyond this little prison that we are in right now. Maybe we hope to perceive the infinite, the true Creator?
