ChrissyParticipantHumans are naturally wired for connection with others, and building positive relationships is essential for our happiness, health, and emotional well-being. It’s important to cultivate and nurture our bonds to find fulfilment in our lives and create a harmonious, joyful society. This can be achieved by shifting our mindset and educating about the significance of our shared humanity, focusing on the common good rather than just our own self-interest. By valuing each other for what we contribute beyond financial success, everyone develops a sense of collective responsibility. Recognising the interconnectedness of all people can enhance everyone’s quality of life by prioritising the needs of others, we improve our collective well-being and enhance our spiritual journey.

Abbaa Naa’olParticipantPeople who feel more connected to others have lower rates of anxiety and depression. Moreover, s tudies show they also have higher self-esteem, are more empathic to others, more trusting and cooperative and, as a consequence, others are more open to trusting and cooperating with them.
