      The meaning of life for me is to be happy and to love life and to find the right way of life that I came to by studying Kabbalah.

      Dharana, a Sanskrit term meaning “collection or concentration of the mind (joined with the retention of breath)”, or “the act of holding, bearing, wearing, supporting, maintaining, retaining, keeping back (in remembrance), a good memory.” But you could just as well say Taqwa (in Arabic) or Devekut (in Hebrew).  Some scientists today are calling this “The flow state,” rf. the book FLOW by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.

      What gives me the meaning of life is to have a sane connection where I be able to bestow and annul myself and made my friend greater than me🤍
