My free will is my ability to choose. It is real when I change my environment, everywhere else it is an illusion.

According to the course, I understand that the only free will we have is the choice of the environment where we decided to live.

From my own perspective, our free will is in the way we perceive the events not on the occurrence of the events.

What I understood is that free will only by choosing your environment. But does that mean that you need to go through everything in live of the path what is meant for you? So you cannot really choose its just happening. So its better to enjoy it and accept it then go against it?

I’m just beginning to look at my life thru the lens of where my free will is operating and what is conditioning. Mostly I’m certain I have chosen freely when I choose Love over reacting to other people. A lot of my life I seem to be on autopilot, like in making choices of what to wear and what to eat. My next step is to be more conscious of these choices.
