Hey mrc,

There are some instincts we have which are handed down to us, like if we are falling we put our arms out. We are also tied to the entire human race, as one body, we don’t see our ideas and thoughts flowing from one another, but this is how it is.

Thanks!

Hey Todd,

Both the past and the future exist in the present…

Time in general is a construct of necessary human imagination. With what we were given to perceive reality, the result is the sense of time – but in truth, there is no “time” the way we understand it. Spiritually speaking, time is the sense of alternating states.

Hey Todd,

You can’t really say it’s “me” since the “I” that I know is what’s in this body. But there is no additional “will to receive/s” being created. It’s the same one undergoing constant changes.

Thanks!

Hi Adelina,

This is a very special state a person reaches when they can begin to separate from their egoistic desires and begin acquiring the desires of others in its place. If I love myself, I cannot love others. The love for myself must exist as a foundation for love of others and it’s what brings us to adhesion with the Creator.

Thanks!

Hi Rae,
<p style=”text-align: left;”>1) Yes, the first. A special soul.

2) Don’t forget Baal HaSulam and the Rabash! Our main Kabbalistic sources we study from since they were written for our generation.

Thanks!

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hey Ricki,

We are all a bit different, and yes I have heard of people having such a reaction. There certainly are physical remedies which you could try like advised below, but also, a person in who studies Kabbalah generally becomes much calmer. They are learning about the one singular force in nature, the one that even causes you to feel such phenomena.

This understanding gradually sinks in and the lesson becomes the source of your oxygen, the place you connect to the source of life. I don’t see babies who are less calm while in their mothers arms.

Best of luck!

Chris
