Hello, my name is Siddarth and am from India. I grew up in a Hindu family and had a lot of successes and failures in my early years in all areas of life. Some were traumatic experiences. In 2004, I had an experience of soul searching on the question and meaning of life as I felt an emptiness and a feeling that there was something missing, what I now learn from Kabbalah as the point in the heart. It was an intense experience that I will never forget. At that time, I also felt that Nature had a voice and was somehow speaking with a still small voice. A month after this experience, I was led by a random person to a Christian church. I remained there for 15 years. In 2020 during the start of the pandemic, the Book of Matthew in the Christian Bible started making sense and I felt I saw parallels between that and my life. I learnt about the scattered nation of Israel and immediately felt palpitations and excitement in my heart to know God had a special place for me from the time I was born in this world. I also had sleepless nights and dreams. I left Christianity and entered Messianic Judaism only to find out that I still in violation of the greatest Commandment, to love only One God with all my heart, mind and soul. So I left Messianic Judaism to enter Judaism with my whole heart. It was at this time I learned about Kabbalah as a part of Judaism and to my amazement, Kabbalah was describing the exact life experiences and questions I had since a child.
So here I am embracing Judaism and Torah in it’s fullness and studying all that it has to offer with a certain Emunah that feels like I’m connected and aware about God every moment of my life.
