We can utilize the “as if” approach at first, in having a conversation with the Creator out loud perhaps; we can study the sacred texts of Kabbalah and feel these writings with other friends; and we can practice being mindful of everything that happens and put our intention into imagining what the Creator really wanted for us to receive.

I guess we get in touch through other people and we learn how to do that in a group that have the same desire?

As a little child, I used to sing a little prayer song every night when going to bed. I like to think an upper force listened every night. Maybe I am wrong, but this little song could have been the first step, although I didn’t understand the lyrics.

in my case, suffering lead to a desire for spirituality and to find my purpose. my heart’s prayer has led on a path that is not my own, and has not been fully revealed yet.

By studying and learning from authentic Kabbalah texts and setting our intention toward equivalence of form with our Creator.
