I think getting in touch with the upper force begins with working on our inner intention of shifting from acting for ourselves to acting with more awareness of others. When I try to respond with more patience, understanding, or a desire to connect, it feels like I’m aligning more with that force. Acting mutually, to me, means not just asking for connection, but also trying to live it in small, everyday moment – through how I relate to people and situations.

Lately, I’ve felt overwhelming gratitude infuse me with Divine Light. Just now it seems that the more grateful I feel, the more I have to be grateful for.
