ParticipantTo connect with the upper force and act with it mutually, one would need to control ones ego whereby changing ones intention from receiving to bestowel, using our connection with our colleagues with continued love and the wish of connection to the Creator.

ParticipantIn Kabbalah, connecting with the Upper Force (often referred to as the Creator, Ein Sof, or the Light) and acting with it mutually involves a structured spiritual process based on similarity of form, intention, and self-transformation. Here’s how this is achieved:
1. Developing the Right Intention (Kavana)
Kabbalah teaches that the Upper Force is a force of pure bestowal (giving and love). To connect with it, a person must align their intention to bestow and love others as the Upper Force does. This process is called “equivalence of form”—matching our inner qualities with those of the Creator.2. Studying Authentic Kabbalistic Texts
Texts like the Zohar, Etz Chaim (Tree of Life by the Ari), and the writings of Baal HaSulam provide guidance on how to correct one’s ego and develop the necessary spiritual vessels (Kelim) to perceive and interact with the Upper Force.3. Working in a Group (Minyan or Ten)
According to Kabbalah, true spiritual advancement happens within a group of like-minded individuals (called a Ten). This group serves as a model of the Upper Force, where participants practice mutual bestowal and love, thereby attracting the surrounding Light (Ohr Makif), which corrects them.4. The Power of Prayer (Tefillah) and Request for Correction
Since we are naturally egoistic, we must ask the Upper Force for correction. This sincere request is called “raising MAN” (Mayin Nukvin – feminine waters), and it is essential in drawing spiritual light that transforms us.5. The Process of Restriction (Tzimtzum) and Inner Work
One must restrict egoistic desires (Tzimtzum Aleph) and transform them into altruistic ones. By doing so, the individual begins to sense and act in harmony with the Upper Force, not out of self-benefit, but for the benefit of creation.6. Mutual Cooperation with the Upper Force (Zivug de Hakaa)
When a person successfully corrects their desires and uses them in bestowal, they form a “Zivug de Hakaa” (spiritual coupling) with the Light. This means they act in mutual partnership with the Upper Force—receiving divine abundance (Light) and channeling it outward.7. Achieving Dvekut (Adhesion with the Creator)
The ultimate goal of Kabbalah is Dvekut—complete unity with the Creator through similarity in attributes. This state is not a physical merging but a spiritual alignment where the individual acts as a conduit for divine love and wisdom in the world. In summary, to connect with the Upper Force and act with it mutually, one must correct their ego, develop the intention to bestow, study with the right sources, engage in a group, and sincerely request spiritual transformation. Through this process, one becomes a partner with the Creator in guiding and uplifting reality. ✨

ParticipantTo remember moment by moment Hashem is guiding me, no matter what is going on. To be aware of where my intentions are coming from in each action I do..as much as is humanly possible. I am very happy to know that I have arrived here and I did so by what would seem like a horrible tragedy and yet I was supported all the way even though at times I didn’t realise it until I did.
