David gihyam a YouTube who claims to know about kabbalah mentioned that a reason for bad communication is due to us using our ego and body(I assume body language) in communication

He claims that we should ask the other persons soul word the creator what the person is truly feeling/experiencing… And then we will feel an answere within ourself, is this authentic or possible?

He said this is the most “profound way to solve communication issues and it fixes 99% of these issues so anyways what’s the verdict is this mumbo jumbo or accurate? 🙏🏽

      Topic:  understanding God’s will

When you go through difficulties in a situation in life, how do you know wich voice to listen to when it comes to choosing a path? One does not allow for the other road, and how do we hear the creators will instead of our own?

      • #500045

First, we need to see if we’re facing a corporeal decision or a spiritual one.

In a spiritual one, you chose the one that “adds labor”. The one that is more against my desire which – and this is important – is more in favor of spirituality, the spiritual group, and the quality of Bestowal.

In corporeal matters, I need to simply do the smartest thing based on logic and reason. Ideally the decision is not one that will move me further from spirituality long-term.

How do we distinguish between spiritual and corporeal matters when all corporeal matters are driven by spirit? I was brought much peace and ease when I gave up on my personal desires and turned toward creator completely. That was possible for me because I had a new found sense that ALL matters were spiritual matters. That ALL matter is an imperfect manifestation of a perfect process and outpouring. That the creator is everything corporeal by means of this process.

Can you help me understand what decisions i should be leaving to logic and reason and which I should be doing in favor of bestowal? I thought I understood but this separation of corporeal and spiritual as when to use my spiritual intent and when not to has added confusion to what I thought I understood.

        • #501498

There needs to be a separation between corporeality and spirituality for there to be spirituality at all. Otherwise I’m not in spirituality but in an illusion. Because I have a powerful perception of what is in fact a corporeal world by definition. And I have a tiny spiritual desire (in the very best case scenario) that is drawn toward something that is as yet undefined. In it, I don’t have a feeling yet, a perception of something that is real like my corporeal reality feels real. And spirituality is so much more solid and real than our world that it’s revelation makes our world feel like a dream I was having, by contrast. Right now I have no contrast; I have a corporeal world, and my Point in the Heart (the seed I have to open up into a whole world).

          Gianni,

Thank you for your response. I have the contrast I need. I wish you well in finding yours.

Hello, I have 2 questions. Thank you in advance.

      1.  In Shamati 7, he speaks about scrutinizing our feelings in the work and rising above them. My question is: Is this scrutiny and the effort to justify the Creator meant only for feelings that arise within the work in the ten, or should I also relate this way to negative feelings that arise in corporeal life as well?

      2.  Last Sunday you mentioned that your ten meets 3 times a day, and I’ve heard other groups say the same. I’m in a younger group, so honestly that sounds impossible.

I’m wondering if maybe we’re making the work feel too complicated or heavy.  Would you mind sharing what your meetings actually look like — how long they are, how many friends usually attend, what times you meet, and what you do during them, is it on Zoom? I’m just trying to get a feel for what’s realistically possible.

      • #499846

More is not always more. You have to do what makes sense for your ten. One of my ten’s meetings is the morning lesson. Then, we have a morning call and an afternoon call. Sometimes I talk to friends at other times too. I have figured out how to make time for this over years. What’s important is that you commit to a framework daily and stick to whatever that is.

Our calls are 20 minutes and we’re strict on time and structure. Occasionally there’s a special spirit among us and we have a 30 minute call, but everyone knows we’re overtime. It’s important to be punctual because that makes it easier for friends to commit and make the daily decision to attend.

The morning meeting content is ten-specific. And in our ten, it’s also team-specific. Each day, a team of two (“Gabai/Shatz”) leads. We have a pair that runs the call more like a Gathering of Friends (Yeshivat Chaverim). Another has friends read excepts from the morning lesson in rotation, and discuss them. Another likes to start with a Psalm, then move to the article for the upcoming lesson. And so on.

The afternoon meeting tends to center around the study materials for the upcoming lesson. Think of it as starting the preparation for the lesson hours in advance. Then we set our intention for the intervening hours and what we want to achieve in the lesson.

We also have a chart pairing friends who are “call buddies” for the week, calling each other even for one minute during the day to read something, share a few words of uplifment. Not everyone is as capable of this one, depending on the nature of their work, and we’re understanding of that.

I’m telling you just to give you ideas. Main thing is to punctuate your day with spiritual flashpoints that remind you there is friends, an Upper World, a Creator of reality. If your heart moves a bit toward friends, that’s the best way to remember.

Toward everyone besides the friends, yes, I need to relate to them in a normal way. Someone comes to slap me, I don’t turn the other cheek, so he can also slap me on the other side, but I slap him first so he doesn’t even think about hitting me twice. But INSIDE, I connect him into a total system, governed my None Else Besides Him, who is Good Doing Good. This very likely doesn’t detectably alter my external behavior.

      7. are we holding our light back by putting on clothes?

      • #497564

        1. was adam the first man to wear clothes?

“Adam” doesn’t refer to a person in this world. There was a man who was called Adam. His parents didn’t why they felt like calling him that. And subsequently he became a Kabbalist, the first one. And his name matched this destiny of his to become Adam (from the word Domay, similar [to the Upper Force]. He had a Masach [Screen], called Hitlabshut [clothing]. Meaning his similarity to the Creator is in the fact that he clothes upon the Creator’s qualities. No, it doesn’t mean that he was the first to wear a loincloth. We see in uncontacted tribes, everyone always felt this need (which comes from spiritual roots).
        2. are clothes a sign of us humans holding on to secrets?

        See answer above.
        3. is nudity the thing that is holding us back?

Nudity means trying to receive pleasure directly, without a spiritual Masach [screen], which is not something within one’s tool box or powers to attain. Only the Creator can give that through much meticulous study of the wisdom of Kabbalah. One has nothing to do but attain this. Then the death of his body isn’t even important and he feels his soul, in which he exists about spacetime. At least to the extent he attains it.
if so, where is it in upper world?

It doesn’t exist in the Upper World. If you lose the Masach, you only feel this world, and even forget there’s an Upper World, as if you have complete amnesia. Until he again comes into contact with Kabbalah, or is reminded about it, because after all he lives in a world where Kabbalists exist, and we’re all in one system, so a person is reminded that such a thing exists. Then he has to restart his work toward attaining the Masach.
        4. does speaking level mean ‘actions speak louder than words’ therefore love is an act, and the naked act is all of us having intercourse amd connecting like the avatar does with their hair?

You need to recalibrate, consider what I’ve said above.
        5. what does the kabbalah say about us not putting on clothes now? is use being the way we were born a giving back to the creator? Kabbalah does not speak a word about our bodies. Like you probably don’t worry much about this mosquito or that fly or some skunk in the street, Kabbalists don’t place any importance whatsoever in our bodies. There’s no more spirituality in them than in a mosquito, which came before us in the order of Creation, by the way!
        6. are our bodies able to produce light? are we made of stars?

Of course not. It’s an animal. What can an animal do? Only the Creator is the source of Light.
        7. are we holding our light back by putting on clothes?

As I said, we’re not holding back anything, we’re not in charge of anything, our entire destiny is sealed, and the Light can only come from Above, and it will only come if the Creator gives me the Screen, and that only comes when I do a lot of correct work in a Kabbalistic group. Because the Light comes to a whole Kli (vessel). I have to build that in connection with others. I only have a shattered part of a vessel. Alone, I’ll never be more than the skunk. I’m truly not considered any higher than that, by the Creator. A person only  has an illusion that he’s higher than that, and even close to spirituality, because of an inkling stemming from his spiritual POTENTIAL. That potential, the skunk doesn’t have. But me vs. the skunk now? We’re on the same level: animal.

          1. what does it mean to recalibrate?

          2. please provide me with examples i may apply in life

          3. i keep yearning for having a wife and wearing formal clothes

what does it mean in the kabbalist world?

what can i do to innerstand this truth that so gently whispers?

        • #498441

I said recalibrate because I’d already answered, that Kabbalah doesn’t talk about our world. Having a wife is a good desire. It’s not spiritual, but it’s necessary. Clothing is not spiritual any more than dressing up a rat in a rat tuxedo. Only putting a clothing upon my desire to receive, so that it dresses in the quality of bestowal, is spiritual. First, I have to restrict my desire to receive for myself. Then I can clothe it only in bestowal, but by bit. You don’t have any tools to do this except for the wisdom of Kabbalah, meaning books, teacher, and group. I’m telling you in advance that you can’t do it alone and it’s not something small or easy or “right around the corner”, but it is possible – and one who attains it does something more important than he has done in any of his many incarnations.

something important like having a child?

        • #498494

A person is his desires. He is made of desires that are as different as people are different. He has desires of this world, and a Point in the Heart, a desire for the spiritual world. Although this spiritual desire is destined to rule over the corporeal desire, I don’t only live in my spiritual desire. I have corporeal desires, and the most basic, fundamental ones are for food, sex, family. I can’t escape it, if I don’t have these, this desire will be unsatisfied. I can’t satisfy it with spirituality. It has no sense of or desire for spirituality. It has a desire for family. It’s unrelated to spirituality, and yet it won’t let you move if you don’t take care of it.

are you saying that if i do not have a wife, start a family, and have children, then i will not progress in life and by extension spiritually?

        • #499626

No, but you already understand that you’ll feel you’re missing something big. A career is a must, a foundation for life in this world; a family is also part of the system of this world. It works against you, but in a beneficial way – as it is said that a wife is “help against him.”

      greetings again

      sincerely i ask:
could it be possible that the creator of my path
set before me a plant that will help me in my path to awaken to true nature?
yet i am also am uncertain if it is my serpent testing me

      here is what i mean:
around these areas there exists an old plant
known by the name “insangululo” which means “to come to the right state of mind” but the world knows it as “cannabis”

i had my fairshare of indulging in this plant for a period of three years in my adult life
and the one solid thing i recall from its use was its push towards me abstaining from meat eating
and ofcourse revelations here and there
to which i really did not innerstand at that time
but as time progresses some are made true in my cognition

but also because of its down side
i was led to discontinue its use

      but for sometime now
there pops up continuously this nudge that i am ready now to receive its wisdom
as i won’t be indulging in it as one trying to escape reality
rather as a seeker of truth
because i have cleansed my temple
and have on my intention enough to realise my being here has a purpose

how do i know this is genuinely the almighty’s hand that is guiding me and saying: go to this plant i have prepared for you and use it like this and this and for this long then it will give you a revelation that will propel you this far…
or its my old habits trying to test me?

because i know help at times is prepacked in the most unlikely places
and i am very honest person
or at least a person who loves honesty
and i genuinely feel there might be something here
but then again i may be wrong

how do i know the folly from the truth?

      • #497559

A person can do whatever they want. But I myself, if I were to consider taking any kind of drugs, including the one you mentioned, I would know that that’s not just not a source from which I can get closer to spirituality, but it’s actually against spiritual advancement. Governments have for the most part always felt the need to stop people from using drugs – even though if it harms anyone, it’s only that person – because drugs are false pleasures that remove a person from society, pull him into his own world. They never bring a person spiritual experiences, but they can bring things that we, confused people, think are spiritual. Alcohol in moderation is fine, even if people want to call that drugs too. It’s not the same. Drugs, are against spirituality, in the eyes of Kabbalists. They do compromise a person’s ability to reach true spirituality. That’s if you want to know what Kabbalists think.

      • #494993

Many think drugs offer a window into spirituality. They offer a window only into one’s own ego.

In fact, many studies now show that marijuana leads to psychosis over time.

How can I know when it’s my ego and when it’s my Point in the Heart leading me? The Point in the Heart leads me to (1) the kabbalistic group through which (2) the Creator will receive contentment and (3) most importantly, the action adds labor (because the labor is my ego resisting).

      greetings

i am convinced that the serpent is my spinal cord
and that it talks to me through thoughts
      thoughts are not mine
rather like text books stacked in a school’s backpack
so are the lessons stacked by the spinal cord together with the brain
designed to test me into grasping the whole lesson about love

how close am i to cracking the code?

      • #494992

Kabbalah is very grounded in reality. What seems as mystical is only that it’s still unclear to you, for now.

If you go and ask a medical doctor what he thinks about a serpent living in your spine, his reaction will be very close to mine.

so then where am i receiving these revelation from?

is there a way i can test these revelations before i trust them?

because they seem to be authentic

          like the spinal cord one

i did much research on the matter

and it informed me especially about sexual thoughts and functions

that they are controlled by the parasympathetic nerve and sympathetic nerve and somatic nerve

it seemed legit because it was backed up by science

and then the spirit of truth told me this:

that there are three levels to the voice

          1. physical (speech)

          2. thoughts (lies)

          3. instruction (truth)

          then it told me why

because the body is in its entirety a receiving instrument

          instrument means

          ins: inside

          tru: truth

          ment: ment

which means the inside of you is meant for truth

          i received this one day

i did not think it up

it just came and a voice said i should write it down

so i am convinced of its authenticity because the spirit of truth led me to solidify it with scientific research

so moving forward how do i sort and filter

so i know which is true or false?

        • #495092

How to know for sure? I can’t know, except to know that whatever I determine on my own will only lead to more of what I already have. If I want something else, beyond this world, I need to only learn from one is already beyond this world. We understand that to be the Kabbalists, Rabash, Baal HaSulam, Rav Laitman. If I don’t find it in there, I don’t trust it.
