      I think the ignored section would be somewhere in the middle because ignoring one’s effort is perhaps less demoralising than destroying it.

      Being ignored is a sign of rejection and our nature is take and consume.  Satisfaction fills the ego and if the ego will not be filled then man simply will not engage because there is no satisfaction

      I think it’s much, much lower than in the other conditions.

      To ignore someones efforts is the worst you can do to him/her. It’s even worse than critisize it in an unjust and rude manner.

      Closer to the shredded due to a lack of acknowledgement of the person’s “work”.

      The result was closer to the Shredded categorie due to workers not receiving satisfaction from performing their work. They didn’t have a feeling that they added value to where they worked. Their work was irrelevant.

      For some reason I think the ignored worked harder for recognition.
