if you wish to imitate the creator this must be achieved organically , and not set up artificially. The receiver must want to be wholeheartedly part of the relationship. Without unnatural force. In order for it to be  a true relationship.

So that we could decide for ourselves to develop the spiritual tools; to make a free-will decision.

If born with the tool of spiritual perception, it seems free will would not exist as all would be revealed without restriction.

So that all people would have to attain equivalence of form with the Creator, become equal with the Creator. Thus have free will.
