Yes, two months ago I got the corona vaccine and my husband is against the vaccine, so after that day, repeatedly several times a day, news of people who died of the corona vaccine and the side effects of the corona vaccine He told me that after a few days, my sex with him was cut off and he was bleeding for two days before my uterus. As a result of this reaction of my body and the news and…. These had a profound effect on my relationship with my students, friends, colleagues, and family

      Hi Friends

Years ago I was jogging and out of no where a car came at me and I did not know why I was throwing myself face first to the side. I saw the car after I was on the ground. I understood everything afterward when another jogger explained to me that I almost jump over the car and the funny thing was that I was there but it seemed like I wasn’t.

Theres to many instances to count, where my survival instincts took over, and I will admit that it’s nearly impossible to think clearly when that happens. It’s very frustrating. It will kick in over the most ridiculous and silly situations, and it kicks in before I have a chance to recognize its nearing.

In several relationships I did not feel save because of feeling attacked by the others

I felt not understood and respected in my personal feelings and being

Then I went in my survival ¨stand¨

When I witness or participate in an apparently negative event, for example, someone who tells me something I don’t like, if I stop to think, I can find the positive part of it. I mean, finding the reason for what happened and understanding how it can help me get closer to my true goals. Conversely, if I let myself be influenced by the first impression, I can react negatively and waste the learning that that has brought me.
