I think checking yourself often is a great way to fortify your connection. Asking yourself if the actions that you are performing on a daily basis, are they egotistical, or are they altruistic. If you can answer that question honestly, that will amplify the influence the upper light has on your life.

Study together with other people with an active point in the heart.
