      By having a desire and being purposeful to have a connection with him.

      By attaining the understanding of the creator, meaning 2 things, understanding “the creator” as the other creature that exists, and also understanding as the creator understands. One in the same.

      Which can only be done by climbing the steps, through changing the intention we have behind our actions, including our intention behind studying Kabbalah.

      Through the Tikkun (correction) and transformation of our desires we can feel and know the upper force.

      By setting an intention in our study of Kabbalah and living with an intention to bestow upon others. This does not mean we don’t receive pleasure, but that receiving pleasure is no longer our intention.
