Preparation Question: How can we get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually?

We can get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually by way of right intention through the work of our hearts, thus desiring to receive exactly what He wants to give because by that we bestow to Him as taught in the KabU sources. It is important to hear, read, study, and communicate so that we may get the necessary tools that will enable us to ultimately become equal with the Creator.

I say by including our Creator in everything we do and be in constantly awareness that HE is everything.

By developing the right balance between receiving and what’s appropriate to reciprocate.  And how this is going on in daily worldly life.

Observe the self, its actions, and intentions. Is it taking all the time, constantly thinking of self, or can the self reflect on the needs of others and sense the difference between these two experiences?

I understand the concept of developing the will to bestow, but I do not have a true sense of how to develop that in my own life.
