  Whatever I perceive and feel is a reflection of my state. The reality is a mirror changing inside. The reflection will change, and we will be able to experience the reality we want to live.

  A very good question. Firstly, by observing myself and the environment with everything else and ‘feeling’ what is going on. And this somehow opened up a flow through all things, like it is one life and we are part of this. Like we want to experience life as the happiness of being and experiencing. It is difficult to explain. Love, joy and connectedness are the result of the ‘feeling the flow of life of all things’. I don’t know if it answers the question.
