We are interconnected so helping another helps my other self and in the connection between us we may experience the Creator.. Also..doing so gives us an opportunity to practice bestowal in equivalence of form

When members of the group try to help one another, I think it attracts more light for the whole group. As a result it gets closer to the attainment of the soul.

We are one soul so helping others helps also me.

When we help other people it gives us joy. Ask the way to a stranger and see the joy in his eyes when he explains you the way 😉

Does the Light have to be (for lack of better terminology) filtered down through most or all of the Sefirot before it works on the point in the heart?

I think the universe has send me someone to help, I have been trying to tell him that he has the desire the point of the heart, he just has to nurture that desire by practicing daily with family members who is he is having issues with.
