Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path?

By forming one environment with friends, aiming to attain one goal creator in one thought and frequently wishing good for their daily advancement in spiritual path

In my opinion a thing becomes more valuable to me if I share it. For instance if I see a great movie I usually will tell someone else about it. The joy is in the sharing.

More importantly than a movie is the knowledge that we are learning in order to advance Spiritually by attracting the light that reforms.  We are all in need of reformation from our egoistic way of thinking. Our only wanting to receive as opposed to the will to bestow.  The more we share and help others, especially those on this path, the more we are reformed as well.

Simply put, by dedicating oneself to helping others understand a question or situation, what one had been considering within their own mind now becomes verbalized and comes back to that same person through their own auditory reception.  I can’t exactly say why, but I can say that this causes one to find a new or different way to interpret the question than if it had only remained within their thought process.

By being part of a group our interactions with others with the same intentions helps us to grow and all the group to do the same in spirituality and the desire to bestow.

To help others is to have the desire for all those around you to also have the desire and aspiration to attain a higher spirituality.

This it is achieved by studying authentic texts, participating in group work, participating in selfless  actions to create equivalence of form with the creator.
