Others… they were always precious to me. even though observing and experiencing the behaviours was very painful many times. I am looking forward to interact with people who chose the same path, to reflect, to serve as a mirror, to be mirrored, to be challenged with the goal of spiritual growth

By helping others, we help our own spiritual advancement. Simple as that!!

It seems that it always is The Golden Rule.  If everyone used this rule with awareness life would be joyful, and easier.

For me it means to regard others as I do myself, to be aware that we are all in this together  and that what I want for myself is what they do to and that my actions need to mirror this awareness. I have to work on holding this awareness at all times.

I think we can mention what we are doing and how the wisdom is helping us, but change and seeking has to come from the individual
