      The result was closer to the Shredded categorie due to workers not receiving satisfaction from performing their work. They didn’t have a feeling that they added value to where they worked. Their work was irrelevant.

      For some reason I think the ignored worked harder for recognition.

      Being Approved Everyone likes to be approved by others. If a friend, co-worker or manager or spouse ignores a person’s work and effort, even at home, that person loses motivation to try, and this goes back to the need to Being popular

      When the participant were acknowledged more production and effort was made but the less they knew it was me it wasn’t interesting anymore.
