      I keep hearing Kabbalah gives guidance on qualities to change and how to change them in every one of the 125 levels but I haven’t seen any specifics given in the courses to date and I’ve taken many. Why is the progression through the courses so slow and repetitive?

      We need to truly love our neighbour s ourselves. To do this we need to correct our egos and progress to union with God. To do this we need to be in the right environment with the right teacher and working in a group.
