      We are in the state of the emergent butterfly and our being processed and growing into this butterfly. This state of separation is the result of this process and can be painful. Those that grow move forward. While the rest are holding on for the next stage to emerge.

      both. some are still fighting for resources but some are awakening and beginning to collaborate
