I’m not seeing where we can compare them here actually. If I were to simplify–I would say your question is “which is higher, desire or fulfillment?” and still, the answer would be that can’t be a question since one doesn’t exist without the other.

Light is the filling, pleasure–what sustains creation…it’s not “His essence” as Kabbalists call it. Creation cannot say anything about “His essence”.
