The workshop rules are general guidelines but the rules are much deeper. The whole work is really a workshop with the Creator through the friends, so it’s not amenable to a few rules. I think in the asynchronous case, in a chat, I need to be found in a state as though I’m really hearing the friends, integrating with their desire, and continuing them just enough and not more than the ten needs.

That’s right except that we can only sink more into our ego by thinking about it. By trying to do the opposite – loving the friends – we can expose our opposite nature and then have a prayer.

If you can awaken friends to the connection, then certainly everything they need is found there in the connection.

Because it wasn’t with your whole heart, with all of you, that you decided. With all of you, you have to decide, and the totality of the heart [desire] is revealed bit by bit – because all at once, certainly we couldn’t overcome.

Actually no. It just depends which discernment we want to emphasize. All is desire. All is forces. And emotions are just what we’re registering presently.
