ParticipantHi Gianni, i am not yet in a ten (i hope to receive soon en email with an invitation), so i only can do the work in my daily life. What should i do in daily life to grow? Observing my ego i suppose, and remarking how i can not escape the evil inclination. But maybe also bestow as much as i can (even if this is not real bestowal) ? I think its generally more right to bestow in corporeal life, or does this 2 needs to be in balance (receive and bestow) in this world because i am surrounded by corporeal people who are not in the work? And can i practice the 1000 euro/1 euro with a friend (by coincidence i lent someone some money), can i ask him to give me back 1 euro instead of the whole sum ?

ParticipantHere are 2 questions after the grad class of this week:
1) there is said that a person only feels shame when he receives spiritual pleasure. But what then with the corporeal shame i feel when a friend gives me a big present ?2) As long as i am not in equivalence of form, i can not receive spiritual pleasure, so the light that i receive when i at least try to bestow, will not give me pleasure but will only reveal deeper and deeper layers of my evil inclination, until my whole ego is gone, and then, only then, will i finally receive the light as (pure) pleasure ?
Is that a correct interpretation ?ilse
ParticipantHi Gianni, you said during the sunday class that there is no pleasure in receiving. Why is that so ? Because it separates us from the Creator (no equivalence of form) ? Or because we feel the pleasure of the Giver and we want that ? But why are we then created as receivers if it gives us no pleasure ? Is it because we should be able to bestow (you can only give what you received) ?

ParticipantOkay…thats very clear. But if we observe then in daily life that we are not capable of pure bestowing, can we do then a request for help in daily life also (a prayer for changing our intention, not for changing our external action), or are we only doing prayers in the ten ?

ParticipantHow then do we have to take decisions and act in the corporeal world? We do a lot of actions everyday, and i think that we have to act with the intention “AS IF” we bestow in order to bestow. Even if that intention is not possible, we can fake it. And at the same time we can observe how our will to receive pops always in. That seems for me a better attitude then just acting without being conscious of my agenda. And so in that way we can say that there’s also “Kabbalah” in our corporeal decisions.
