To perceive reality not through our bodily 5 senses but to perceive the reality outside of our bodily senses.

LaurelParticipantHi my name is Laura. I am 70 years of age. I have always been interested in Spirituality. I attended Catholic School grades 1 – 12. I read the Old Testament of the Bible once and intermittently and I have read the New Testament 2+ times. I have tried to join other denominations of Western churches, but I felt that they taught “Do as I say and not as I do”. I found Eastern religions and thought they had a lot to offer. I discovered Kabballah a few years back and it almost took all the mystery out of Spirituality so that it becomes livable. And that is what I want. To live “Love thy neighbor” To live “If someone takes your coat, give them your shirt as well.” And others such as ” If someone slaps your cheek offer the other too.” I want to learn to live these things in a beneficial, meaningful way.

Write a few words about yourself and about what you expect from the course. #310269LaurelParticipantHi my name Laura. I am 70 and a female. I have always been attracted to Spirituality. I attended 12 years at a Catholic school. I read the Old Testament of the Bible once and the New Testament 2+. I really like discovering for myself what is being said other than relying on someone interpreting because in the past I have allowed myself to be mislead. I have studied other denominations including the Jehovah Witness but the messages seemed to say “do as I say not as I do”. I started studying Kabballah a couple of years ago but put it aside. I definitely feel like there is honest information being offered and I want to be as The Creator or knowing and living how to be loving, honest, kind, compassionate to others and myself for always.
January 16, 2023 at 12:50 pm EST in reply to: What is the best way to contribute to world peace? #310160LaurelParticipantBy using our nature to rise above world hatred. Putting others interest before everything else. Love thy neighbor, Love others as yourself, putting others interest before everything else. No one can fix world hatred but us individually.
January 16, 2023 at 12:43 pm EST in reply to: How can we move forward on the path of light & transformation? #310159LaurelParticipantBy the amount of desire we have for change plus the amount of quality as opposed to the quantity.
