Hello, my name is Sara. I’m currently living in Hawaii and have been reading the Zohar. Hoping this will be a good way to fully understand it.
November 28, 2022 at 8:54 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: To what perception of reality do we want the study of Kabbalah to lead us? #305271Sara SchemmelParticipantTo be honest, I’m not sure Kabbalah is really changing my perception of reality. I have always experienced beyond my 5 senses for as long as I can remember. I could always feel my soul. I could always sense God. I have always been able to see from other’s perspectives as well and understand what they experience. Even my memories are in a third person perspective as if I was experiencing life from outside my body. I’m hoping Kabbalah can actually explain why I have always been able to do this beyond understanding the concepts of going up degrees of receiving Light (pleasure) from God.

What do you desire to achieve from it? #304846Sara SchemmelParticipantI have learned to try to not have expectations as that often results in negative outcomes as my expectations tend to be higher than what gets delivered. So I am open to receive the information you have to provide. I have no desire at the moment of what I hope to achieve from the information as I do not know what the information is yet.
Sara SchemmelParticipantHi, I’m exploring the unknown and seeking the truth. I have no real expectations for this, but I am open to see what you have to share.
