You are very lucky, you found an authentic method passed from kabbalist to disciple back to Adam.
Be patient and pour over the material again and again.

Learn the letters and the sounds of the letters. We will come across 100 or so technical words like light, vessel, keter, malchut, desire, adhesion etc… If you know the Hebrew, you will be able to work with the terminology which also contains many layers of meaning and information.

1. There are also corrections that can happen when a person dies.2. There are many spiritual paths. Here we are only engaging in the wisdom of kabbalah that we received from our teachers, so I cannot speak about any other paths. When we attain the spiritual degrees, we are above time and space, above the bodies. The things we are engaging in are so much bigger than what was my name and what town was I from 15 lives ago. We are engaging in attaining the unity of all of reality in perfection and eternal wholeness and pleasure.

We learn that all of reality is filled with endless light.
But we don’t feel it.
What do we need in order to feel it?
A need for it. Â A yearning and craving for it.
Some desires grow in us naturally like the desire for food and sex. Â We are just like all of the other animals and these desires arise at their natural time according to many factors.
Spirituality on the other hand does not develop in the same way. Â The original point does awaken in its time but after that, in order to reach the need for the endless fulfillment that we are going to learn about, so what to do?
We need to develop this need. Â This is done by the spiritual society that awakens this desire in us.

We have a lot of confusion about everything.
There is even a phenomenon where a hostage starts to empathize with their captor who feeds them. Â Everything in our world is mixed up.
Sometimes we give to others but when we give, we are doing it because we receive honor or respect or self worth from that giving, so our act of giving is actually considered reception.
There are other times when we don’t want to receive due to the feeling of shame associated with receiving, so we don’t receive in order to protect our ego.
First things first, we have these courses here which help us understand who we are, what system we are in, what are the forces operating on us and how can we relate to them in order to come to a good life for everyone.
Be patient and go over the materials again and again and you will advance naturally and comfortably.
