I normally do on an every day basis, based on my corporal senses But then I learn through psychedelic experiences that the real reality is much much more real than the reality. I am in on a regular basis so many more dimensions, much more beautiful, endless possibilities, and understanding.
My first step would be to get off this page where it keeps asking me the same question over and over again so I can get to the next part of this course. Then perhaps brush up on my technology skills because I can’t seem to figure this out, perhaps living my life to the fullest, requires me to hit the submit button, many many times. I submit already. Truly I submit.
Thought I answered this one already, live life learned, find a supportive group and authentic source of knowledge and a good teacher
By surrounding ourselves, with a supporting group, read, and study the Kabbalah, and spend more time contemplating the intent to bestow
By using the only free will, we have available and choosing to be more like the creator and bestow, and be conscious about it
