How do we get the material for Rav’s lesson before the lesson?

 

Is it better to read something technical such as pticha when overly emotional?

 

How do people in the north east usa time zone deal with the morning lesson.  Do we live it the next day?  Do we read that preparation for sleep from that lesson after the lesson?

How do I increase my propensity to pray when stressed out in the corporeal?  It seems I become critical of the ten and then it spills over into me actually criticizing the friends when stressed.  How do I teach myself to pray more?  Idk what it is but it seems deep down inside that I don’t think it will be productive to pray, does that make sense?  I mean I believe the sages but somehow the idea of prayer is not part of my deep nature and I have to remind myself to do it.

Does being slightly buzzed on alcohol or the devil’s lettuce increase the light a person gets?

Does more light work on a person when they are drunk, tired, or confused?

Would it be a good idea to think of drawing the reforming light for the friends while reading from the sources?  I mean when you are by yourself.  What are some tactics to use when reading by one’s self?
