VerenaParticipantAnd as to my private corrections… the more I practice to open up to the light, and share it, the more I practice to feel in this state of connection. And by turning my intention towards the others, I will open up to the energy of bestowal. And as much as this is getting me into a state of letting go of my ego, it’s also helps me to feel corrected. To me these corrections are an ongoing process inherent in that spiritual work. It may feel like an effort, a sacrifice or a pleasure… depending on where I am. But each time I open up to the light and integrate a new experience that already may be a correction. So, therefore, any interaction involving spreading the light gently, may be worth it.
VerenaParticipantThe light that reforms… it’s always there. It surrounds us. And it shows in our spiritual / love-based connection with others. Therefore, spreading the wisdom of Kabbalah gently, is like opening a door to this light. Therefore, it’s always worth trying, keep in mind and heart to do it without any coercion.

VerenaParticipantIf the workshop is intense, it may lead to feeling really connected and thus really uplifted (that’s at least how it felt to me in the retreat). Anyways, getting back to daily life… it’s a big contrast. And feeling that disconnection afterwards might feel harsh. There was some advice how to prepare before the workshop… Is there any advice on how to go abthis sfter the workshop is finished and the effect fades away?

VerenaParticipantConnecting to others means a different level of energy, and thrive. In terms of a Kabbalistic group itś opening up the door to something new, because the energy that arises from the connection itself is making a difference, and can be very uplifting. In a way if you really connect it means moment of overcoming that loneliness we often feel in our human state. It also means developing a learning environment. It may also mean exposition to different emotions and states reflecting to the relationships to these individuals, or relationship patterns that may be older, and getting a chance to learn by reflecting on that. Finally, a group through its composition of people is a little bit like itś own organism… and while there are common patterns, each group might have some quite unique way of interaction and dynamics.
