A question for you before we get started: Why do you think it was decided that all people would be born lacking the tool of spiritual perception?

If we were all born with the tool of spiritual perception, it would take our free will away. We would have no choice but to try to please God.

Because if people were born with at least some spiritual perception then there would be no free choice. Everybody would choose spirituality and therefore they would not be free to choose it. Not beeing free means to be controlled and that’s not a good feeling. It’s also very different if you’re born with some talent and you don’t appreciate it as much as the next guy who earned the same ‘talent’ all by himself.

Because the Creator wants us to want to seek Him out.

Without lacking we would not seek out the creator.

I don’t know why, but it does seem that those who are in perception have a goal they are being pulled towards.
