      By knowing that God only bestows good and what I am experiencing only looks bad from my perception so the best thing for me is to ask God to correct my perception and my nature and allow me to experience bestowal or in other words to let me use this experience to serve others in any way that is necessary.

      I pray for resilliance.

      I pay for the strenght to endure so that a divine growth can take place as intended for me.

      Pray that in hopes you will be able to align your understanding with the creator in the true helpful and positive nature of events, whether you initially perceived them as positive or negative.

      Praying for others; praying in a group; praying for the Creator to take me out of my egotistical state.

      I learned that the way to pray is through real intention of the heart and Not Mere words to reflect on oneself and asked the Creator to make you understand
