      By following the teachings of the correct lineage of Kabbalistic teachings ( right books, right teachers) and try to achieve equivalence of form with the Creator. While developing an attitude of altruism and the love of bestowal.

      I actually am listening and reading and taking classes. I know the answer I should give and probably the only true answer there is.  To live my life to the fullest I should enjoy receiving and bestowing. Love they neighbor as myself so, feel free to love myself and in turn I will be able to love my neighbor. Have my neighbor join me in doing this also to their neighbor and so on.
