How can you change your life if everything you perceive actually depends on your inner structure and measurement?

Define my perceptions and reactions as indicators of the quality of my inner state rather than believing that life just happens to me and others…

Be aware that my own measurements are corrupted when my inner state is egoistic rather than centered.

Remind myself of the law of cause and effect and that my actions and reactions are part of the equation.

Cultivate good connections.

Forgive myself and start again and again…
