Set the intention everyday, put the efforts to understand more the words of the sages as the guide posts to reach the goal of creation. Observe my thoughts and behaviour, as to be aware of what is going on in our daily lives inside our heart and our thoughts.

Read the Zohar every night, making my brain pause and enunciate each word individually, with my mind on the idea that I am surrounded by colossal forces whose attention turns to me when I read it… and that somehow that attention trickles through me into my reality and elevates it.

And then get a Ten and tell the Upper Force to Its human faces that I’m here for It.
