Preparation Question: How can we get in touch with the upper force and act with it mutually?

Well, I think we must learn how to pay great attention to our thoughts and feelings. Theese, I think, are our inner compass to navigate through our daily matters and the people we meet during the day. I believe we must lear how to take full responsibillity of our thoughts and feelings/emotions, much in the same way as we do with our actions. My whole life I´ve been feeling a special connection with nature while feeling very different than the people around me, and humanity at large. Now that I´ve discovered Kabbalah, I find pleasure in small talk with strangers, I better understand why that connection is important. It´s has changed my desire from wanting to hide away from the madness of the world, to wanting to connect with people around me, even though they have a completely different atitude towards the world and life. Allso my charity work with the elderly makes more sense now on an even higher level.

When I connect to other people and to nature, I feel some sort fullfillment that I cannot descripe cery well. I belive it´s the feeling of being in tune with the whole of Creation.

I reconnected first during a major crisis which revealed my own arrogance. I submitted or a great humility was given me, by a Presence within and what seemed around me. From this moment, the relationship with my Creator and First Love is a beautiful work in progress. My relationship to my world is a reflection of that relationship, letting me know how to grow closer to and cleave. There is only this and it is in all!

Isnt’ it an internal dialogue that you have, when you like to be connected with the Creator. An expression of feelings towards (it/her/him/them)?

Hello! Shalom! we have learnt the meaning of Kabbalah. But as yet we have not learnt how to start the process of bond making with God or Supreme Being or whatever we call Him.

By making an effort to connect with the upper force in the direction of our next degree, the force in nature called the Reforming Light, forms us in a form of Bestowal. According to our degree of equivalence of form with Bestowal, we feel the Creator. We then act mutually with the Creator by receiving everything from Him that He wants to give, with the intention to receive from Him in order to bestow.
