I am not sure that in such a situation there would be ‘societal dilemmas’ because people will be able to relate to each other the same way they relate to themselves so it would prompt a deep understanding that will cancel any sort of societal dilemmas.

Preparation Prompt: Envision a world where individuals are interconnected through the spiritual principle of love. How would societal dilemmas be approached differently in such a paradigm?

In any given conflict, each and every party involved would have as their priority the desires/needs of every other party. This would utterly change the the nature of “conflict” as we know it. Conflict would cease to be a competition fueled by fear and would be transmuted into a mutual effort to understand and cooperate.

There simply would not be any dilemmas in society through the spiritual principle of love given people would look to satisfy their basic requirements by giving to the community through faith in each other.  The main tenet becomes centered on what ‘I’ can do for my community as a means of satisfying one’s own basic needs.

The issue we face in life is that we want too much for ourselves without fully understanding why, and we do not have faith in each other, most likely because we do not have faith in ourselves.  Life itself would most likely continue to push us into balance with its altruistic nature at a great cost to humanity if we do not take the initiative ourselves.  The dissemination of the wisdom of Kabbalah to the world is one avenue for much-needed change in our paradigm of thinking only about ourselves and to keep the pain and suffering to a minimum as we undergo this inevitable transformation towards altruism.

Such societal dilemmas would be very unlikely to arise in an interconnected paradigm, but if they did would be quickly resolved by the fact that everyone has everyone else’s best interest above their own.
